AgileWorks AS principles for the processing of personal data in the recruitment of staff

AgileWorks AS protects personal data from unauthorized processing. The collection of personal data is done on a lawful basis and is collected only to the extent necessary to the assessment of a candidate's suitability for the desired job or internship position and for the purpose of concluding a contract.

By applying for a job or internship at AgileWorks AS, you agree to the following terms of personal data processing:

1. Sources and use of personal data.

AgileWorks AS bases its data processing on the information and documents provided by the candidate and public internet sources. The candidate has the right to obtain information and review personal data collected by AgileWorks AS at any time.

2. Protection and access to personal data.

Only individuals involved in the recruitment and selection process may have access to the information and documents submitted by the candidate. AgileWorks AS will not disclose personal data to any third parties.

3. Storing personal data.

AgileWorks AS will preserve personal data for a maximum of one year after the end of the recruitment process or, with prior consent, until the agreed-upon date.

4. Updating the principles of personal data processing.

AgileWorks AS has the right to update, specify, or change the principles of personal data processing based on changes in the lawful basis at any time.
